A healing weekend to find your own wellbeing through the fluidity of movement in the exclusive frame of the ancient theatre and temple in Segesta.
The Archaeological Park extends across the territory of Calatafimi – Segesta‚ in the province of Trapani‚ and it is an authentic open-air treasure that preserves treasures of inestimable value‚ such as one of the most famous Doric temples in the world in terms of state of conservation. Famous above all for its marvelous Greek Theater‚ the ancient Segesta‚ pearl of the Mediterranean‚ rises in a splendid position‚ among rolling red-brown hills which contrast with the various shades of green of the surrounding landscape.
Danza il Tuo Viaggio has chosen this spectacular location for a transformational weekend of personal growth and body awareness, practicing meditation, movement and dance inside the temple and ancient theatre.
All classes are multilevel, so everyone is welcome to join the event!

DAY 1
4.00 pm
Appointment at the entrance of the Archeologic Park
4.30-6.00 pm
Archeological Park tour with a private guide
6.15-7.15 pm
Meditation session in the Temple by Betty Lo Sciuto.
7.30-9.00 pm
Wellness through Dance. Class (Release Technique) in the ancient theatre by Patrizia Lo Sciuto.
A Sicilian food and wine tasting will be served after the workshop
Meditation and Dance lessons will be accompanied by the live emotional music of the Sicilian musician Nino Errera.
DAY 2
4.30 pm
Appointment at the entrance of the Archeologic Park
5.00-6.00 pm
Meditation session in the Temple by Betty Lo Sciuto.
6.15-7.15 pm
Improvisation Theatre workshop, based on Greek comedy and tragedy by Lidia Miceli.
7.30–9.00pm
Wellness through Dance. Class (Release Technique) in the ancient theatre by Patrizia Lo Sciuto.
A Sicilian food and wine tasting will be served after the workshop
Meditation and Dance lessons will be accompanied by the live emotional music of the Sicilian musician Nino Errera.
